📦 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: All posters are custom-made and processed within 1 business days before shipping.
Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: We ship via Leopard, TCS, or Pakistan Post depending on your location and shipping selection.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Once shipped, domestic (Pakistan) deliveries can take up to 7 business days, while international orders may take up to 60 days before a refund or resend is eligible.
Q: Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it on the courier’s site to monitor your package. Only contact us if there's no status change after 7 days (domestic) or 60 days (international)
📄 Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
Q: What if my poster arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Report the issue immediately. You may request a refund or replacement per our policy.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After processing begins (after 24 hours), cancellation may not be possible.

Q: What sizes are your posters?
A: We offer two standard sizes:

Q: Are electronic versions (PDFs) available?
A: No. We only offer printed posters—no digital or downloadable versions. This maintains the quality and uniqueness of our designs.
Q: Do you provide custom tree design services?
A: Sorry, no. We offer only curated, pre-designed family tree posters. We do not design custom charts from submitted data or personal tree lists.

Q: What is The Infotainment Channel?
A: It’s our YouTube channel where we produce video versions of family tree posters—covering various lineages such as Hazrat Ali, Ertuğrul & Osman Ghazi, Saladin, and more in Urdu and Hindi. We’ve been publishing these visuals since 2021.
Q: Is every poster topic shown on YouTube available as a print?
A: Not always but most of them are available. Check product listings for availability details.
