1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order through infotainmentcharts.com (“Site”) and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infotainment Charts.

2. Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

3. Products & Orders

We offer custom-printed family tree posters in 24″ × 36″ and 16″ × 24″ sizes.
All posters are created manually for visual clarity and accuracy. We do not offer digital downloads or personalized editing services.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are presented on the Site and may change at our discretion before order confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in USD (or local equivalent at checkout) and may include applicable taxes.
Payment is accepted via credit/debit cards, Shopify Payments, or other methods offered during checkout.
Infotainment Charts reserves the right to adjust prices or modify promotions prior to order confirmation.

5. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are integral parts of these Terms. Please familiarize yourself before placing an order.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placement for a full refund; orders are often processed after this window and may not be cancellable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including poster designs, images, written content, logos, and videos—is the exclusive property of Infotainment Charts.
Personal use of purchased posters is permitted. Replication, redistribution, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Site by:

Posting unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
Interfering with our systems or circumventing security features
Engaging in fraud, phishing, or distributing malware
Violators may have their access suspended or terminated without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Products and services are provided “as is” and without warranties (express or implied).
Infotainment Charts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our products.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is return or refund as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Third-Party Links & Content

Our Site may link to third-party websites (for example, carrier services or frame suppliers). We are not responsible or liable for their practices, content, or policies.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infotainment Charts and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Infotainment Charts may terminate or suspend access to the Site for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Obligations incurred prior to termination remain enforceable. Sections covering IP, indemnity, and liability survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infotainment Charts regarding our services, superseding any prior agreements. Ambiguities will not be interpreted against the drafting party.

15. Your Consent

By using our Site or placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. Use of our services after updates also signifies your agreement to modified Terms.
